Train with a plan and a voice coach: the workout tracker
By Lorant Alexandru Kurazs1 min read
Starting to train is easy. Keeping it up is the hard part. The workout tracker is built to make the second part easier: a plan that fits you, a coach that talks you through it, and progress you can actually see.
Routines made for you
Tell the app your goal, experience and equipment, whether you train at the gym, at home or outdoors, and it builds routines that fit. You can also create your own routines and exercises.
A guided workout, step by step
During a workout an animated figure shows each exercise and a voice coach counts you through sets, rests and the next move. You can keep your phone in your pocket and simply follow along.
A weekly plan that keeps you going
A weekly plan, reminders and a calendar keep training regular. Once a month you can take a progress photo; looking back after a few months is often the best motivation there is.
Treadmill and heart rate
If you have a Bluetooth treadmill or a heart-rate monitor, you can connect it to the app in your browser. The workout then shows your real pace and heart rate as you train.
Advice we follow ourselves
- Plan fewer sessions than you think you can do. Three sessions a week that really happen beat five that do not.
- Warm up every time, even when you are short on time.
- Training should not hurt. If something does, stop and, if needed, talk to a doctor or a qualified trainer. The app is a coach for motivation and structure, not medical advice.
